# Stillleaf

Corrected memorial programs, delivered to your funeral home.

Send your existing program and the changes. We organize the corrected proof, printing and delivery, with a completion plan and pricing for your review.

## Start with the program you have

- Existing program: a secure link you are allowed to share. No link? Stillleaf's first email goes to the reply address you give when you send this request. Reply to it with the file attached: a PDF is best; Word, Publisher, InDesign or image files also work. Nothing is uploaded through this page. A filename alone does not send a file.
- What needs to change? The exact words to replace and what they should read, and what stays the same.
- Helpful if known: finished programs (folded copies, not PDF pages), delivery address, when they must arrive, receiving hours, service time, who approves the proof, and whether pictures must stay edge-to-edge.

Review correction and delivery details before leaving an email: Stillleaf shows the exact change, where it sits, quantity, arrival and destination, and the open questions with who settles each.

Then: Request correction, printing and delivery. Receive a proposed completion plan and pricing by email. Timing and availability are confirmed before acceptance.

On receipt: if you gave no secure link, the next step is yours: reply to our first email with the file. When the file arrives, by secure link or by reply to our first email, Stillleaf reviews it with the correction, resolves the open details, and establishes printing and delivery feasibility. We email a proposed completion plan and pricing for your review. Printing and delivery are not confirmed until you accept terms.

Contact details are kept apart from the requirement, while we correspond or do business and for 24 months after, so a later request picks up where it left off; ask us to delete them at any time.

## From the corrected proof to programs in hand

Every request carries its own dates. The arrival and service you give are fixed points; the proof, your approval and printing are planned back from them and set out in your completion plan. Illustrative example with synthetic dates:

1. Request: you send the file and the change.
2. Corrected proof: by email with your completion plan and pricing.
3. Your approval: the arranger reviews the proof.
4. Print and fold: only after approval and accepted terms.
5. Arrival (your date): November 12, 2026, 9:00 AM Eastern.
6. Service (your date): November 12, 2026, 11:00 AM.

Nothing prints until you approve the corrected proof and accept terms. Timing and availability are confirmed before you accept.
